Designed for women looking to feel lifted and inspired, to explore the remembrance of innate gifts and to move forward in life with clear vision and divine empowerment.
Come experience guided embodiment journeys, dances to have you flying freely, personal photo shoots in stunning locations and song circles to open your voice.
You will be treated to delicious nourishing meals, restorative healing massages and have plenty of time to relax and play in nature.

Make your way to Halfmoon Bay for Friday evening and choose your cozy sleep spot.
We have a full weekend planned for you + down time to rest and integrate.
Each woman will receive personal photo shoots, dance journeys, songs to sing, massages, delicious meals and will leave late Monday morning with a fresh outlook on life, business and love!

Is this retreat only for artists?
Not at all! Our goal is to create a truly safe container to discover and expand what is inside each of us. It's very possible that you'll feel more like an artist by the end of the weekend. ✨
Will I get my own private room?
This is more of a sisterhood, slumber party style weekend but with mature women who respect each others desires for space and rest.
Do I need to sing out loud or dance alone?
This retreat is to help us (even the creators) to step outside our comfort zone in a playful way. You will never be asked to do anything you are uncomfortable with, but we may encourage you to try something new!
How will our photos be delivered and can I use them for my business too?
After the retreat I will be putting together a gallery of moments from our weekend as well as a personal link for each attendee filled with the best images from our one on one time.
The images included are for personal use and can be printed, posted and shared as you please.
If you would like to use them on your professional website or for business related endeavours I will be stoked to chat more about your vision and put together a friendly package for you!
Can you accommodate my food preferences?
We will put together meal options that will suit everyone as best as we can.
What kind of payment plans do you offer?
The cost of the retreat is $1100+gst. You can split that up into 3 payments of $385. The total amount is due on August 9th 2024 before the weekend fun begins.
How can I be considered for the 40% discounted rate?
We understand life, budgets and priorities and want to make this weekend accessible to all! Send us a message describing your situation and we will be happy to consider you.
*Those coming on a discounted rate will be expected to help a little extra with clean up and odds and ends to make the weekend run as smoothly as possible.
How do I prep for the weekend? What should I bring with me?
Great question!
Bring cozy comfy outfits for dancing, circling up and hanging out. Most of the weekend will be documented in some way so pack some outfits you'd want to be seen in.
Perhaps your own pillow if you'd like and a mat or towel that can be put on the forest floor.
We will spend time playing dress up for photos on the beach and in the forest so bring outfits & accessories/props/tools to make you feel your best. Something flowie is always nice.
Bring anything that you'd like to practice or spend time with, ie: Your guitar, book, journal, song, dance...

What if something comes up and I can no longer attend?
If we can't find someone to fill your spot then we will keep 50% of the full amount.
Will you be offering more retreats in the future?
100% we will! We plan to take these retreats worldwide so follow along for updates!
*Is this a spiritual retreat?
Express Yo Self is not a spiritual retreat however we (the facilitators) are God loving women. We are coming together with different paths of faith but praise is a big energy that will be woven throughout all that we create. We will be singing songs of worship and are free to share our personal journey as we feel lead to.
We will not have an altar set up and ask that you leave all divination tools (oracle decks, tarot, crystals etc). and come just as you are.
